We're Hiring Trainer
Are you passionate about coaching, mentoring, and developing talent? We're looking for an experienced BPO Trainer to join our agile team and drive learning excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct new hire induction and process training.
- Deliver engaging classroom and virtual training sessions.
- Assess trainee performance through tests, mock calls, and evaluations.
- Identify knowledge gaps and implement refresher training programs.
- Develop and update training content, SOPs, and learning materials.
- Collaborate with Operations and Quality teams to improve performance metrics.
- Track training effectiveness and share reports with stakeholders.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline (Mandatory).
- Prior 1+years experience as a Trainer in a BPO/Customer Support environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Strong knowledge of training methodologies and adult learning principles.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, 24/7 rotational shift environment.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: Up to 6 LPA
- 5 Days Working | 2 Weekly Offs
