Job Summary
Firstsource is hiring experienced AR Callers for the US Healthcare process with expertise in Accounts Receivable (AR), Denial Management, Physician Billing, and Hospital Billing. The role involves handling denied claims, insurance follow-ups, payment resolutions, and maximizing revenue recovery for healthcare providers.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 1.5 years of experience in:
- AR Calling
- Denial Management
- Physician Billing and/or Hospital Billing
- Insurance Follow-up
- Web Portal Navigation
- Denied Claims Handling
- Strong understanding of US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Immediate joiners or candidates serving notice period are preferred.
- Must possess all employment and educational documents, including:
- Educational Certificates
- Offer Letters
- Payslips
- Relieving/Experience Letters

Preferred Candidate Profile
