Job Title: Email Marketing Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Email Marketing Executive with excellent communication skills to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, creating, executing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns that drive engagement, generate leads, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns.
- Design and write engaging email content with clear calls to action.
- Build, segment, and manage email contact lists.
- Monitor campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
- Conduct A/B testing to improve email performance.
- Ensure email campaigns follow industry best practices and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams to align campaigns with business goals.
- Create newsletters, promotional emails, and automated email sequences.
- Maintain email databases and ensure data accuracy.
- Prepare campaign performance reports and recommend improvements.

Required Skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong English communication and email drafting skills.




- Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Brevo (Sendinblue), Zoho Campaigns, HubSpot, or similar tools.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email templates is an advantage.
- Understanding of email marketing metrics and campaign optimization.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 13 years of experience in email marketing or digital marketing.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with CRM systems.
- Knowledge of marketing automation workflows.
- Familiarity with Canva or basic graphic design tools.
- Understanding of lead generation and customer engagement strategies.
