Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, on boarding, employee documentation, and HR administration. The ideal candidate should possess positive communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a passion for building a career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment and interview coordination.
- Manage employee on boarding and documentation.
- Maintain attendance, leave records, and HRMS updates.
- Support payroll inputs and day-to-day HR operations.
- Organize employee engagement activities.
- Prepare HR reports and recruitment trackers.
- Handle employee queries and maintain HR records.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration,



Commerce, Psychology, or a related field.
- 01 year of HR experience.
- Freshers with relevant internships and strong HR knowledge may also apply.
