Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Junior Functional SCM Consultant to support Supply Chain Management implementations and business process improvements. The ideal candidate should have a valuable understanding of procurement, inventory, order management, warehouse operations, and supply chain business processes.

Key Responsibilities
Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
Understand and document current ("As-Is") and future ("To-Be") business processes.
Configure and support SCM modules based on business requirements.
Assist in requirement gathering, functional documentation, and solution design.
Prepare Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), Business Requirement Documents (BRD), and process flow diagrams.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and resolve functional issues.




Coordinate with technical teams during development and testing.
Provide end-user training and create user manuals.
Support production issues and participate in change requests.
Ensure solutions align with business objectives and best practices.

Required Skills

Good understanding of Supply Chain Management concepts.
Knowledge of Procurement (Purchase-to-Pay).
Inventory Management.
Warehouse Management basics.
Order Management.
Demand Planning fundamentals.
Supply Planning concepts.
Logistics and Distribution processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in preparing BRD, FRD, and UAT documents.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology is an advantage.
Familiarity with SQL for basic data validation is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
