Job Description: PMO Lead / Program Manager GCC Setup & Transformation

Experience: 8-11 years

Location: Hyderabad or Willing to relocate

Role Summary

Looking for an experienced PMO Lead / Program Manager to support GCC greenfield implementation program. The role will support the central PMO through governance, project tracking, management reporting, coordination, follow-ups, and executive reporting. This is an advisory and coordination-focused role with strong ownership on program governance, budgeting, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish robust PMO governance and reporting.

• Provide end-to-end program tracking across all workstreams.

• Enable leadership visibility through MIS, dashboards, and executive reporting.

• Support timely decision-making, risk management, and action closure.

• Maintain the integrated master plan and milestone tracker.

• Publish weekly/monthly MIS, dashboards, and KPI reports.

• Coordinate governance meetings, prepare Minutes of the meetings and action trackers.

• Track RAID items and escalate risks/issues.





• Work with HR, Finance, Procurement, IT, Facilities, Legal, Operations, and ELT on agreed deliverables.

• Track budget, procurement, and project status.

• Maintain project documentation and governance artefacts.

• Support executive presentations and steering committee reviews.

• Manage program budgets and ensure strong governance controls.

Key Requirements

• Strong experience in PMO support services / program management office.

• Experience in GCC greenfield implementation is mandatory.

• Solid skills in budgeting, budget tracking, and governance.

• Ability to manage management reporting, coordination, follow-ups, and executive reporting.

• Experience working across multiple business and support functions.

• Strong stakeholder management and program tracking capability.

• Candidate should be willing to work from / relocate to client office in
