Experience

- 1520 years of experience in Global Business Services (GBS), Shared Services, or Global Finance Operations.
- Proven experience leading Oracle Fusion ERP implementations and finance transformation programs (not just as an end user).

Project & Program Management (Mandatory)

- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional transformation initiatives from inception to delivery.
- Ability to create Project Charters, define scope, governance, milestones, RAID logs, communication plans, and execution roadmaps.
- Coordinate effectively with Business, IT, PMO, ERP CoE, System Integrators, and regional stakeholders to drive successful project execution.

Functional Expertise (R2R)





- Solid end-to-end expertise in Record to Report processes including General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Intercompany, Period Close, Financial Reporting, and Account Reconciliations.
- Drive global process standardization, governance, controls, KPIs, and continuous improvement across regions.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management

- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing global teams, driving change management, user adoption, and business process harmonization.
- PMP/Prince2 certification or equivalent project management experience is preferred
