- Handle SAP Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) support, enhancements, and project activities.
- Work on Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), Asset Accounting (AA), and Bank Accounting.
- Configure and support Electronic Bank Statements (EBS), Lockbox, House Bank, and Bank Account setups.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
- Manage integrations between SAP FI and SD/MM modules.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Resolve production issues, incidents, and user requests within SLA timelines.
- Prepare functional specifications, test scripts, and user training documentation.
- Participate in implementation, rollout, migration, and support projects.
