- Design, implement, and maintain SAP HCM solutions to meet client requirements.
- Conduct workflow analysis to identify areas for process improvement and optimize system configurations.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to security, basis, auditing, FICO modules.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide training on newly implemented SAP HCM solutions.
Job Requirements :
- 8-14 years of experience in SAP HCM implementation, configuration, monitoring & maintenance.
- Solid understanding of Basis administration including database management systems (DBMS).
- Experience with auditing tools such as FICO compliance monitoring software.
- Knowledge of workflow analysis techniques for optimizing business processes.
