We are hiring Telesales Executives for one of our clients in Hyderabad.

Location : shamshabad, Hyderabad

Interview mode : face to face

Industry : Fmcg / Manufacturing

Number of Working Days: 6 days

About the Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic, target-driven candidates with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales. The role involves handling outbound and inbound calls, generating leads, explaining products, and converting inquiries into sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Generate and qualify leads through telecalling.
- Explain product features, benefits, and pricing.
- Convert leads into successful sales.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Follow up with prospective customers regularly.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends.

Required Skills





- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Valuable customer handling and telephone etiquette.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).
- Ability to work in a target-oriented sales environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Eligibility

- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- 01 year of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Telemarketing, Customer Support, or Inside Sales is preferred.
- Any Graduate.
- Intermediate candidates with excellent communication skills may also apply.
