A Retail Fashion Consultant assists customers in selecting clothing and accessories that suit their style, body type, and needs while ensuring an excellent in-store shopping experience and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and qualified manner
- Understand customer preferences, budget, and requirements
- Recommend outfits, styles, and accessories based on trends and suitability
- Provide styling advice (fit, color coordination, occasion-based dressing)
- Maintain store presentation, visual merchandising, and displays
- Achieve individual and store sales targets
- Handle billing, exchanges, and customer queries
- Stay updated on latest fashion trends and new collections
- Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business
