Role Summary:
Supports IT project managers by coordinating tasks, managing schedules, tracking progress, and ensuring smooth deployment of technology in store environments.

Key Functions:
Tracks schedules, costs, risks, and issues
Coordinates communication between teams and store personnel
Supports equipment refresh and deployment activities
Contributes to process improvements within IT
Coordinate with the team, keep track of the data, and send Daily/weekly reports.
Additionally, they need to run the hyper care calls with the team if any issues arise with users.

Skills Required:
Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint
Familiarity with project methodologies (Scrum, Waterfall, XP)
Basic knowledge of change management and project accounting
Robust communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities

Experience & Education:
Bachelors degree in a relevant field
6 to 8 years of related experience or equivalent
