Job Summary

Kored Infratech Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated Performance Tracking System (PTS) Executive with experience in the telecommunication industry. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring project performance, maintaining operational data, preparing reports, and supporting telecom project teams through effective tracking and analysis systems.

Role & responsibilities

Monitor and maintain telecom project performance tracking systems and dashboards.

Collect, verify, and update project execution data from field teams.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports and MIS.

Track project progress, productivity, and key operational metrics.

Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and field teams for timely data updates.

Ensure data accuracy and maintain proper documentation of telecom project records.

Analyze project delays, performance gaps, and operational issues.

Support management with reports, presentations, and performance analysis.





Maintain trackers related to site progress, material movement, manpower, and project milestones.

Ensure timely submission of client reports and internal performance updates.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, reporting).

Basic knowledge of MIS reporting and data analysis.

Valuable understanding of telecom project operations and workflows.

Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills.

Ability to handle multiple reports and large volumes of data.

Preferred Experience

Experience in telecom projects such as fiber deployment, tower infrastructure, network rollout, or telecom operations.

Familiarity with project performance monitoring systems and KPI tracking.
