About the Role

EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) is seeking experienced professionals to join our Corporate Finance Team within Valuation, Modelling & Economics (VME). This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on complex corporate finance engagements involving valuation, financial modelling, capital allocation, portfolio optimization, restructuring, strategic alternatives assessment, and transaction support.

As an Associate Manager or Manager, you will partner with corporates, private equity firms, sovereign wealth funds, governments, family businesses,



and educational institutions to solve critical financial challenges and support key investment and capital allocation decisions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead financial analysis and corporate finance engagements.
- Develop and review complex financial models and valuation frameworks.
- Perform Business Valuation using DCF, Comparable Companies, Precedent Transactions and other valuation methodologies.
- Support strategic decision-making, capital allocation, restructuring, and M&A-related; projects.
- Prepare high-quality client reports, presentations, and recommendations.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
- Identify opportunities for new solutions and business growth.
- Lead discussions with clients using a consulting and problem-solving approach.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop junior team members.
- Manage multiple projects while ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

Qualifications

- MBA (Finance) / CA / CFA / Master's Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Business.
- 3+ years of relevant experience
