Key Responsibilities

- Source Home Loan business through direct sales, referrals, DSAs, builders, and channel partners.
- Identify and acquire recent customers for Home Loan and related mortgage products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, builders, and business associates.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan products.
- Ensure timely documentation and loan disbursement.
- Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.
- Maintain portfolio quality and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the loan lifecycle.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate in any discipline
- experience in Home Loans, Mortgage Loans, LAP, Banking Sales, or Housing Finance.
- Strong sales orientation and customer relationship management skills.
