What You Will Do:

Enterprise Applications Engineering at TJX thrives on solid relationships with HR and business partners to deliver reliable, secure, and scalable enterprise platforms that support global Associate experiences

As a Senior Engineer Workday HCM, you will design, implement, and support end-to-end Workday HCM solutions with a focus on Core HCM functionality and enterprise integrations

You will operate as a lead engineer on medium-to-large initiatives (Epics), applying DevSecOps best practices while owning feature delivery from design through production support

You will play a critical role in TJX s digital HR transformation by partnering with HR leaders, product owners, and downstream technology teams to deliver high-impact Workday solutions that scale globally

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Solution Delivery

- Lead design and delivery of Workday Core HCM solutions supporting worker lifecycle,



organizations, job architecture, business process framework, and security

- Design, develop, and support Workday integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, REST/SOAP APIs, and APIGee

- Own and deliver Epics and complex features, including architecture, estimates, configuration, development, testing, deployment, and support

- Translate business and functional requirements into scalable technical and functional Workday designs

- Ensure solutions meet non-functional requirements including security, performance, reliability, and compliance (SOX, internal TJX standards)

Technical Leadership Ownership

- Act in a Lead Engineer capacity for Workday initiatives, prioritizing work, guiding engineers, and resolving technical issues

- Make architecture, design, and technical decisions within assigned scope, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards

- Serve as a Workday subject matter expert for Core HCM and integrations, with a deep understanding of end-to-end HR business processes

- Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes, integration patterns, system performance, and operational excellence
