Role & responsibilities

Job Summary:

The Site Engineer is tasked with overseeing project execution to ensure timely completion, minimal material wastage, and high client satisfaction. Their responsibilities include managing site activities, coordinating with various teams, and addressing any issues that may arise during the construction process.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Drawings Verification:
- Utilize AutoCAD and Fusion to verify project drawings for accuracy and compliance with specifications.

- Site Inspection:

- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to safety standards.

- Quotation Preparation:

- Prepare detailed project quotations based on approved drawings and specifications.

- Approval Coordination:

- Obtain necessary approvals from management and clients before initiating project execution.

- Project Execution:

- Oversee all aspects of project execution, including procurement, resource allocation, and scheduling.

- Client Interaction:

- Maintain regular communication with clients to address concerns, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction.

- Vendor Supervision:

- Supervise internal and external vendors to ensure compliance with project requirements and timelines.

- Manpower Management:

- Allocate manpower resources effectively, manage onsite teams, and coordinate with subcontractors.

- Logistics Coordination:

- Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team to ensure timely delivery of materials to the site.

- Site Activity Monitoring:

- Monitor and track all site activities,



including construction progress, material usage, and work quality.

- Customer Service:

- Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly.

- Sales Support:

- Assist the sales team by providing technical support, attending client meetings, and participating in sales presentations.

- Software Management:

- Update project details, milestones, and progress reports in the enterprise software system.

Education Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering

Other Educational Qualifications:

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Fusion, and MS Office

Experience:

- 4 to 7 years of relevant experience, with at least 4 years in project management.
