Job Summary

We are hiring experienced Banking Customer Service Associates for a 6 to 9 months international banking project. The role involves handling premium inbound customer interactions, ensuring first-contact resolution, recommending needs-based banking products, and maintaining strict compliance and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound customer queries related to international banking products and services
• Provide accurate, prompt, and empathetic customer support
• Achieve first-contact resolution (FCR) across customer interactions
• Identify and recommend value-added banking products based on customer needs
• Adhere to banking regulations, compliance requirements, and quality benchmarks
• Maintain detailed and accurate interaction documentation
• Meet assigned individual KPIs, productivity, and sales targets
• Handle escalations professionally and resolve conflicts effectively

Candidate Profile / Requirements

- 2 to 6 years of experience in Banking operations
• Experience in international banking / global banking processes preferred
• Exposure to multi-product banking propositions (accounts, cards, payments, loans, etc.)
• Strong communication skills with high levels of customer empathy




• Proven ability to work in a target-driven contact center setting
• Good understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks
