Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage contracts from initiation to execution, ensuring timely delivery of services and products.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement in the Order to Cash process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve billing discrepancies and optimize revenue streams.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Job Requirements :
- 4-8 years of experience in IT Services & Consulting industry.
- Solid analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Proficiency in managing contracts from start to finish using various tools (e.g., Contract Management Software).
- Experience working on Order to Cash processes, including order management, billing, and collections.
