Role Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple engineering teams

- Partner with Product, Architecture, and QA teams
- Provide mentorship, performance management, and career guidance
- Drive best practices in engineering, security, and scalability
- Participate in hiring and team building
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong background in software product development
- Prior handson experience in Java / Python / Full Stack roles
- Proven experience managing teams of 10+ engineers
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
- Robust decisionmaking and leadership abilities
