Most candidates are not showing up for interviews, as they inform us of their unavailability only after the interview has already been scheduled. These checks should have been thoroughly verified from the vendors end in advance. This situation is even more concerning, as we are unable to confirm whether the profiles being shared are genuine. We are observing multiple instances where candidates provide various reasons after interviews are scheduled. It will be difficult to proceed if corrective action is not taken by each vendor to avoid such cases. We expect vendors to perform thorough due diligence and reconfirm candidate availability before submitting profiles for evaluation. exception on location only for quality profiles
