Process : Voice Process

Qualification: Graduate/UG Both Can Apply

Experience: Minimum 1 year of International Voice /Semi voice Experience in Customer Support or Technical Support is required.

Location : Hyderabad

Working Days : 5 days + Rotational Shifts & Week Offs

Salary Slab : 3 to 4.5 Lpa

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Provide accurate information and resolutions to customers via calls and chat.
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude during customer interactions.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Achieve daily and monthly performance targets.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
