Role Summary :

The Site Supervisor will support the execution of civil and interior fit-out works for retail outlets.

The role involves site supervision, coordination with contractors, quality monitoring, and basic technical support to the project team.

Key Responsibilities :

- Supervise day-to-day civil and interior fit-out activities at site
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers
- Ensure execution as per approved drawings and specifications
- Conduct basic quality checks and report site progress
- Identify and escalate site issues, delays, or deviations
- Support fit-out initiation, execution, and handover stages

Required Skills & Knowledge :

- Basic understanding of civil and interior works
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD (reading and minor mark-ups)
- Ability to understand layout and working drawings
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region
