- Source and attract top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks to ensure the best fit for open positions.
- Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new employees.
Job Requirements :
- 0-1 year of experience in bulk hiring or volume hiring.
- Solid understanding of IT services & consulting industry trends and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders including candidates, hiring managers, and internal teams.
