We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Developer who started their career with C++ and has successfully transitioned into .NET / C# development. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in both legacy and modern technologies, with hands-on experience in building, maintaining, and enhancing enterprise-grade applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust applications using C++ and .NET / C#
• Work on legacy systems (COM / ActiveX) while contributing to modernization initiatives
• Develop secure, scalable, and high-performance solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver quality solutions
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement





Key Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in C++ development
• Hands-on experience in .NET / C#
• Robust experience with COM and ActiveX technologies
• Ability to work across legacy and modern technology stacks
• Proven experience in developing secure and high-quality code
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in enterprise application development
• Exposure to modernization or migration projects
• Familiarity with performance tuning and optimization
