Role Overview

We are seeking a technically inclined Sales Representative to drive business growth across our Label and Ribbon divisions. This role combines high-volume consumable sales (TTR/TTO ribbons) with solution-based selling (self-adhesive labels), requiring both commercial acumen and technical understanding.

Key Responsibilities

1. Market Development

- Identify and acquire current B2B clients across target industries (Pharma, Retail, FMCG, etc.)
- Drive adoption of self-adhesive labels across various substrates (Paper, Film, Clear-on-Clear)

2. Consumable Sales Growth

- Build and maintain a strong pipeline for TTR and TTO ribbons
- Secure long-term contracts to ensure recurring revenue

3. Technical Consultation

- Advise clients on optimal ribbon-label combinations (Wax, Wax-Resin, Resin)
- Recommend solutions based on application, durability, and printing environment

4. Trial & Implementation Support

- Coordinate product trials and sampling, especially for TTO ribbons
- Ensure successful performance on client machinery and applications

5. Account Management





- Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
- Address technical issues such as ribbon snapping, print quality, and compatibility with support teams

6. Sales Reporting & Market Intelligence

- Track sales pipeline, forecasts, and conversion metrics
- Monitor competitor pricing and market trends in Bangalore and South India

Candidate Profile Experience

- 3 6 years of B2B sales experience
- Preferred background in Labeling, Barcoding, Packaging, or Consumables industry

Product Knowledge

- Understanding of self-adhesive label components: Face Stock, Adhesive, Release Liner
- Knowledge of TTR/TTO ribbon grades and applications
- Familiarity with industrial printers such as Markem-Imaje, Videojet Technologies, and Domino Printing Sciences

Skills

- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to perform consultative / solution-based selling
- Problem-solving mindset with a technical orientation
