- Hands-on experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Experience building:
- Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines

Backend Development:
- Strong experience in backend development using Python / Java / Node.js

Cloud & DevOps:
- Experience with AWS / Azure / GCP
- Cloud-native application development
- GitLab CI/CD or similar DevOps pipelines
- Secure application development (Authentication, Authorization, Secrets Management)

- Tracing and instrumentation
- Output quality monitoring

- Design and develop enterprise-grade AI applications using LLMs
- Build RAG pipelines and Agentic AI solutions
- Develop backend APIs and enterprise integrations
- Deploy secure cloud-native AI applications
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines
- Monitor AI system performance, quality, reliability, and cost
- Collaborate with product, architecture, and engineering teams to deliver production-ready AI solutions
