We are seeking a creative and skilled VFX Motion Graphics Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling through visual effects and motion graphics, an eye for detail, and the technical expertise to bring concepts to life. You will work closely with directors, producers, and animators to create visually stunning graphics and effects for films, commercials, and multimedia projects.

Responsibilities

- Design and create high-quality motion graphics and visual effects for various media projects, including films, commercials, and digital campaigns.
- Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and execute visual ideas that align with project goals.
- Integrate motion graphics seamlessly with live-action footage and 3D elements.
- Apply advanced compositing techniques using software such as Adobe After Effects, Nuke, or similar tools.
- Optimize motion graphics and effects for different platforms and formats, ensuring consistency in quality and style.
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices to maintain cutting-edge creativity.
- Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.

Skills Experience

Education: degree or certification in motion graphics, visual effects, animation, or a related field.

Experience: Proven experience in creating motion graphics and VFX,



with a strong portfolio showcasing past work.

Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).
- Knowledge of 3D software (Cinema 4D, Blender, Maya) is a strong plus.
- Experience with compositing tools like Nuke or Fusion.
- Familiarity with plugins such as Trapcode Suite, Element 3D, or Sapphire.

Creative Skills:

- Strong understanding of motion design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Ability to interpret creative briefs and translate them into compelling visual content.
- Problem-solving skills for troubleshooting technical and design challenges.

Soft Skills:

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Time management and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience working in a production pipeline for films or TV.
- Understanding of video codecs, resolutions, and rendering techniques.
- Passion for experimenting with recent tools and techniques to push creative boundaries.
