Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and mentor the mechanical engineering teams.
- Plan, assign, and review engineering tasks.
- Design and validate mechanical systems and components.
- Ensure compliance with engineering standards and safety regulations.
- Review drawings, CAD models, and technical documentation.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide engineering solutions.
- Manage project schedules, resources, and deliverables.
- Support continuous improvement and process optimization.

Required Skills:

- Solid knowledge of mechanical design principles.
- Strong knowledge in fabrication, welding techniques & other manufacturing process.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Autodesk Inventor, Creo Parametric).
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and GD&T.;
- Welding knowledge is advantageous.
- PLM (vault) usage & trouble shooting.
- Process standardisation for Quality improvement.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Project management and communication skills.
