We are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager to oversee the complete accounting and financial operations of our Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) and building materials manufacturing business. The ideal candidate should have robust experience in receivables, payables, customer billing, credit control, and financial transaction management within a manufacturing environment.
Preferred candidate profile
- Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).
- Handle complete customer billing, tax invoices, debit notes, and credit notes.
- Monitor customer outstanding balances and ensure timely collections.
- Coordinate with the sales team for billing, payment follow-ups, and account reconciliation.
- Maintain supplier accounts and ensure timely vendor payments.
- Manage all financial transactions related to plant operations.
- Control customer credit limits and monitor credit exposure.
- Ensure healthy cash flow through effective collection planning and payment scheduling.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor daily cash and bank balances.
- Prepare MIS reports, ageing analysis, cash flow reports, and financial summaries.
- Coordinate with auditors, GST consultants, and statutory authorities.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other applicable financial regulations.
- Maintain accurate accounting records in ERP/Tally or similar accounting software.
- Support management with financial planning, budgeting, and cost control.
