) Role & responsibilities

Its a site Head -HR Role, need to manage independently the site HR activities, Primary responsibilities are:

1) Take care entire HR cycle process end to end

2) Ensuring the contract workers compliances and also ensure the required numbers are there, division wise. There should not be overstaffing of workers.

3) labour bills verfication, staff attendance capturing and sharing with HO

4) Liasoning with local people is very significant, dealing with local panchyat committee members and with governent officials.

5) Interaction with company staff and workers so as to avoid any issues., should be strong in people connect.

6) Engagement activities

7) MIS on weekly basis.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate having experience in Manufacturing sector only need to apply, those from non Manufacturings company need not apply.

Should be strong in communication skills, in Telugu, Hindi and English.
