Key Responsibilities Search,

identify, and analyze relevant tenders from GeM, CPP Portal, State e-Procurement Portals, Railways, PSUs, and other government procurement websites.

Prepare and submit Technical Bids, Financial Bids, BOQs, and all supporting documents. Review tender eligibility criteria, scope of work, and compliance requirements. Coordinate with HR, Finance, Operations, and Management to collect required documents and approvals.

Handle EMD, Tender Fees, Performance Bank Guarantees (PBG), and related documentation. Prepare cost sheets and pricing for manpower outsourcing, staffing, payroll, and recruitment tenders.

Maintain a tender tracker, bid calendar, and MIS reports. Attend pre-bid meetings and respond to client queries and clarifications. Monitor corrigenda, amendments, and bid deadlines to ensure timely submission.

Maintain company registrations, certifications, and statutory documents required for tender participation. Support post-award documentation, agreement execution, and client onboarding. Ensure 100% compliance with government procurement guidelines and company policies.

Required Skills Experience with GeM Portal, CPP Portal, and State e-Tender Portals.



Strong knowledge of government procurement procedures.

Positive understanding of manpower outsourcing, staffing, recruitment, and payroll services. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PDF documentation.

Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet strict submission deadlines. Excellent coordination and organizational skills. Eligibility Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.

1 to 4 years of experience in Tender Management, GeM Portal, or Government Procurement. Experience in HR, Staffing, Recruitment, IT Services, or Manpower Outsourcing will be preferred.
