Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detailoriented Associate to join our team and support ongoing projects, daytoday operations, and stakeholder interactions related to a system of solution called ISCP (Integrated Supply Chain Planning) for APAC, INDIA, MENA-PAK, South Africa markets. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or earlycareer professional who is eager to learn and make career in Supply Chain, build foundational skills, and grow within a collaborative, fastpaced, multi-geography workplace.

The individual will work closely with senior team members, contribute to analysis and documentation, and gain handson exposure to realworld business and technology engagements in Supply Chain Planning space.

Responsibilities

- Support sustain and project activities by assisting with data collection, analysis, documentation, and reporting
- Prepare presentations, status updates, and basic dashboards for internal and marketfacing
- Explore opportunities to innovate using latest tools and technology in the space of AI/ ML/ Agents/ Automation etc.




- Learning Supply Chain domain and be the technical expert of the team
- Coordinate with crossfunctional teams and partner teams to track action items, timelines, and deliverables
- Participate in meetings, take notes, and follow up on assigned tasks
- Assist in identifying process gaps, improvement opportunities, and potential risks
- Maintain organized records, trackers, and project documentation
- Learn and apply internal tools, frameworks, and best practices
- Perform other adhoc tasks as required to support team objectives

Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, Management, Computer Science, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skillsClear written and verbal communication abilities
- Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Willingness to learn, take feedback, and work collaboratively
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills
- Familiarity with basic data analysis, process mapping, or project coordination concepts
