Role & responsibilities

* Lead end-to-end product development from concept to commercial production.

* Work closely with formulators to develop high-performance products that meet quality, cost, and claim requirements.

* Source and procure raw materials and packaging from reliable vendors at competitive prices.

* Identify, evaluate, and manage third-party manufacturers and suppliers.

* Coordinate formulation trials, sampling, and product improvements before commercial production.

* Take complete ownership of manufacturing with third-party partners until finished goods are successfully produced.

* Ensure production timelines, quality standards, and product specifications are consistently met.

* Resolve formulation, procurement, manufacturing, and supply-related issues proactively.

* Maintain technical documentation, BOMs, and product specifications.

* Drive cost optimisation without compromising product quality or performance.

* Stay updated on current ingredients, formulation technologies, and market trends to support innovation.

* Collaborate with Quality, Operations, and Marketing teams to ensure successful product launches.
