Qualification

- CA / CA Inter / MBA (Finance)
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable, General Accounting, and FP&A; support functions, statutory filings.
- Preferred experience in IT Services, Software, SaaS, Technology, GCC, Shared Services

Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Assistant Manager – Accounts to manage accounting operations, accounts payable, statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should possess solid knowledge of accounting standards (Ind AS), taxation, ERP systems with the ability to work closely with internal stakeholders and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts Payable

- Manage end-to-end vendor invoice processing and vendor payment cycles.
- Perform PO and non-PO invoice validation, coding, and posting.
- Prepare and execute scheduled payment runs.
- Perform vendor account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
- Monitor AP aging and drive resolution of overdue items.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, approval workflows, and audit requirements.





Accounting & Close Activities

- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate recording of financial transactions.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, withholding taxes, and statutory compliance.
- Prepare journal entries, accruals, and prepaid accounting.
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations and account analysis.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.

FP&A; Support

- Assist in budgeting and forecasting exercises.
- Analyze operating expenses and budget variances.
- Support financial planning activities related to projects, headcount, and operating expenses.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Strong understanding of Accounts Payable, Financial Accounting processes and statutory compliance
- Good knowledge of General Ledger, Accruals, and Reconciliations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel • Experience with ERP systems
