- Configure and support SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) processes.
- Work on Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle including Sales Orders, Deliveries, Billing, and Returns.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
- Configure Sales Documents, Pricing, Shipping, Billing, and Credit Management.
- Work closely with business users and cross-functional teams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve SAP SD issues.
- Perform system testing, UAT support, and end-user training.
- Prepare functional specifications and support ABAP developments.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in SAP SD module.
- Hands-on experience in Order Management, Pricing, Shipping, Billing, and Output Determination.
- Knowledge of Integration with MM, FICO, and WM/EWM modules.
- Experience in configuration and support activities.
- Positive communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
- Knowledge of SAP Fiori and SD enhancements.
- Experience in support, implementation, or rollout projects.
