Role & responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for engineering, sales, and support functions.
- Source, screen, and coordinate interviews for Tekla Detailers, Modelers, Checkers, Sales Executives, and other positions.
- Handle employee onboarding, induction, confirmations, and exit formalities.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
- Manage payroll activities by coordinating attendance, leave records, salary inputs, statutory deductions, and payroll processing with the finance/accounts team.
- Ensure timely processing of monthly payroll while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
- Administer attendance, leave management, and employee benefits.
- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate employee training, performance appraisals, and career development programs.
- Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, and disciplinary matters.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and company policies.
- Prepare HR reports, recruitment metrics, and employee performance reports for management.




- Support management in organizational development and workforce planning.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of HR experience.
- Experience in recruitment, HR operations, payroll coordination, and employee engagement.
- Experience in Engineering, Construction, EPC, Manufacturing, or similar industries is preferred.
- Good knowledge of Indian labor laws, statutory compliance, and HR best practices.
- Experience with HRMS/payroll software is an advantage.
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
