Hiring: Data Engineer AWS & Salesforce Migration

Location: Hyderabad , TS( India)
Work Mode: Onsite – 5 days, WFO

Start Date: ASAP or 10-15 working days from now .

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Data Engineer to join a high-impact data migration project. If you have strong expertise in AWS Data Engineering, SQL, Python, ETL pipelines, and Salesforce integrations, this is an exciting opportunity to work on enterprise-scale migration initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop end-to-end data migration pipelines using AWS services like S3, Glue, Redshift, and Lambda to migrate legacy CRM data into Salesforce.

Build scalable and high-performance ETL/ELT pipelines for structured and unstructured datasets.

Design and optimize data models in Amazon Redshift and Salesforce to support analytics and AI-driven applications.

Collaborate with Software Developers, Business Intelligence Engineers, and Product Managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Implement automated monitoring, data validation, error handling, and quality checks to ensure 100% data accuracy throughout the migration lifecycle.

Mandatory Skills





3+ years of hands-on experience in Data Engineering, with a strong focus on large-scale data migration projects

Advanced SQL skills with expertise in writing highly optimized queries and performing complex data analysis

Strong hands-on experience with:

- AWS Redshift
- Amazon S3
- AWS Glue
- AWS Lambda

Robust programming skills in:

- Python (Preferred)
- Java or Scala

Experience building modern ETL/ELT pipelines

Experience with legacy ETL tools like:

- Informatica
- SSIS

Strong understanding of:

- Data Warehousing
- Dimensional Modeling
- Star & Snowflake Schemas

Preferred Skills

Salesforce Data Loader & Bulk API

Experience integrating AWS with Salesforce

Dashboard development using QuickSight or Tableau

Reverse engineering undocumented legacy systems

Experience building AI agents for code migration or code refactoring
