- 7- 12+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in Guidewire PolicyCenter
- Strong hands-on experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter Configuration & Integration
- Expertise in Gosu, PCF, Data Model, Business Rules, Product Model
- Experience developing REST/SOAP APIs, Messaging, Batch Processes, Plugins
- Solid knowledge of Personal Lines (PL), especially:
- Auto Insurance
- Homeowners Insurance
- Personal Umbrella
- Experience in Guidewire Cloud or on-prem implementations
- Hands-on with Java, Spring Boot, SQL, Git, Maven, Jenkins, and Agile methodologies
Good-to-Have
- Guidewire Cloud Certification
- Integration with Duck Creek, ClaimCenter, BillingCenter, or Digital/Jutro
- CI/CD and AWS/Azure exposure
