Job Summary:

Role: Full Stack Developer

Exp.: Min. 4+ Years

Summary of Role

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to join a an existing stable team. You will design, build and deliver enhancements across existing applications, owning problems end to end and producing clean, testable code that meets performance, security and operational standards. We are looking for a self-sufficient engineer who can work independently, collaborate effectively across Product, QA and DevOps, and seek guidance when needed. We also expect an AI-first mindset, using approved AI tools to accelerate delivery, improve quality, strengthen testing and documentation, and support better engineering outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement high-quality front-end and back-end solutions across the application stack.
- Own complex problems end to end, from understanding requirements through design, build, testing, release and production support.
- Use approved AI tools in an AI-first development approach to accelerate delivery, improve code quality, strengthen testing, and produce clear technical documentation.
- Apply sound engineering judgement to review and validate AI-assisted outputs,



ensuring solutions remain secure, maintainable and fit for purpose.
- Write comprehensive automated tests and deliver robust, maintainable and testable solutions.
- Work closely with Product, QA, Business Analysis and DevOps to align scope, test strategy and release planning for high-quality delivery.
- Support production stability through troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, defect prevention and continuous improvement.
- Be self-sufficient in day-to-day delivery while knowing when to seek guidance to unblock issues, reduce risk and keep delivery moving.

The Requirements

- Strong experience in Python and Django development.
- Strong front-end development experience using JavaScript, jQuery, HTML and CSS.
- Robust back-end development skills, including SQL and PL/SQL.
- Azure cloud experience is essential.
- Good understanding of Docker and container-based development.
- Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines and modern software delivery practices.
- Experience working in Agile methodologies.
- Experience with .NET in enterprise application environments.
- Experience with PRO*C, shell scripting (desirable but not essential)
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery and improve quality across coding, testing and documentation.
- Ability to work on problems end to end, taking ownership of delivery while seeking guidance when required.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with Product, QA and DevOps.
- Commitment to high-quality delivery, continuous improvement and secure, maintainable engineering practices.
