Position: Payroll Executive

Contact: Temporary - 3 months

Location: Nagarjuna Hills, Panjagutta.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Executive to manage end-to-end payroll operations of around 700 employees, time office activities, attendance management, and statutory compliance with PF, ESIC, Skilled Tax, TDS, and other applicable statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Payroll Management

- Process monthly payroll accurately and within defined timelines.
- Maintain employee payroll records
- Ensure timely processing of reimbursements, incentives, overtime, and statutory deductions.
- Prepare payroll reports and MIS for management review.

Time Office & Attendance Management

- Manage employee attendance, shift schedules, leave records, and overtime calculations.




- Monitor and maintain attendance data through biometric and ERP systems.
- Coordinate with department heads to resolve attendance-related discrepancies.

Statutory Compliance

- Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund, Bonus, Gratuity, and other statutory requirements.
- Coordinate statutory filings, returns, and audits.
- Maintain compliance records and support internal and external audits.

HR Operations Support

- Manage employee data updates and documentation
- Generate payroll-related letters and reports.
- Support onboarding and exit formalities related to payroll and statutory settlements.
- Assist in Full & Final Settlement processing.
