Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support SAP SD module in implementation and support projects.
- Configure and optimize Order-to-Cash processes including Pricing, Billing, Shipping, and Delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for requirement gathering and solution design.
- Ensure smooth integration with MM, FI, and LE modules.
- Provide functional support, documentation, and training to end users.
- Handle issue resolution, testing, and performance improvements.
Key Skills
