We're looking for a strong graphic designer visual story teller with a genuine interest in AI-powered design and a curiosity for marketing someone who loves creating visuals, is excited to explore AI tools to supercharge their creative output, and wants to grow beyond design into owning marketing creatives end-to-end.

About the Role

We are looking for a Brand & Marketing - Graphic Designer who can bring a unique blend of design skills, marketing sense, and AI-driven creativity to our team. In this role, you will design engaging visuals, contribute to social media strategies, and leverage modern tools to create content that resonates with our audience. This is a great prospect for someone who loves design but loves to own creative marketing channels.

What You'll Do

- Create visually compelling graphics for ads, social media, and sales collaterals with a strong consumer-first focus.
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, MidJourney, Runway, Canva AI, etc.) for rapid storyboarding, design support, and content creation.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to translate briefs into impactful creative campaigns.
- Contribute to social media creative strategy, ensuring brand voice and audience relevance across content.
- Work with short-form videos, including basic editing and repurposing for campaigns.
- Stay on top of design trends, tools, and marketing innovations to keep creative output fresh.
- (Bonus) Track performance of creative assets and iterate designs based on data.

What We're Looking For

- At least 3 years of experience in Visual Design, Graphic Design or similar roles, working in a consumer-first company.
- Strong portfolio in graphic design (ads, social media creatives, collaterals).
- Expertise in design tools: Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or equivalent.
- Basic to intermediate skills in video editing tools such as Premiere Pro, CapCut, or Final Cut.
- Solid understanding of social media marketing and audience-first design thinking.




- Experience with AI-powered creative tools for design and content creation.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally.
