Sales Head / Cluster Sales Manager

Educational Background

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- MBA in Marketing or Sales is an added advantage.

Work Experience

- 2-7 years of experience in Residential Real Estate Sales.
- Experience in luxury or premium residential projects will be an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of the Hyderabad real estate market is preferred.

Technical Skills

- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales management tools.
- Good understanding of the residential sales lifecycle,



including lead generation, customer engagement, negotiation, and sales closure.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Customer-focused with a consultative sales approach.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and result-focused.
- Professional attitude with high integrity.
