About the Family

We are hiring an experienced House Manager for a well-established family residing in Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad. The household consists of 2 adults and 2 children. The family is seeking a proactive, organized, and service-oriented professional to independently manage the day-to-day operations of the residence and ensure the household functions seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities Household Operations

- Oversee the complete day-to-day management of the residence.
- Ensure the home is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality standards across the property.

Staff Management
- Supervise and coordinate all household staff.
- Allocate daily responsibilities and monitor staff performance.
- Ensure staff maintain professional grooming, discipline, and service standards.
- Conduct basic training and ensure SOPs are followed.

Vendor & Maintenance Coordination
- Manage relationships with vendors, contractors, and service providers.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance and repairs for household equipment and infrastructure.
- Follow up to ensure timely completion of maintenance work.

Inventory & Procurement
- Maintain inventory of household supplies and consumables.
- Coordinate procurement of groceries, cleaning supplies, and other household essentials.




- Monitor stock levels and avoid shortages.
- Maintain records of household purchases and expenses, where required.

Family Support
- Anticipate the familys day-to-day requirements.
- Coordinate household schedules and ensure smooth operations.
- Handle special requests efficiently while maintaining discretion and confidentiality.

Administration
- Maintain records of household expenses, maintenance schedules, warranties, and vendor contracts.
- Coordinate deliveries, appointments, and household logistics.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should:

- Have prior experience managing luxury residences or private households.
- Be smart, well-groomed, and professionally presented.
- Possess excellent communication skills in English.
- Be capable of independently managing household staff, vendors, and daily operations.
- Be highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and trustworthy.
- Demonstrate strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Experience

- 4 8+ years of experience as a House Manager, Residence Manager, Butler, Estate Supervisor, or in a similar role within luxury residences, HNI/UHNI households, or luxury hospitality.
