Key Responsibilities

- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting through cold calls and other outreach channels.
- Identify and qualify potential customers for the sales team.
- Generate quality meetings and sales opportunities with decision-makers.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through consistent follow-ups.
- Understand customer requirements and communicate the value of our solution.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly outreach and lead generation targets.
- Work closely with the Business Development team to drive revenue growth.

What We're Looking For

- 0-2 years of experience in Outbound Calling, Lead Generation, Telecalling, Inside Sales, or Sales Development.




- Comfortable making 100 - 150 outbound calls per day.
- Experience in cold calling and qualifying prospects.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.
- Goal-oriented, energetic, and passionate about sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in sales are also welcome.
