Technical Leadership & Delivery

- Extensive hands-on experience designing and building on the Appian platform (typically 5+ years, or equivalent depth).
- Proven track record as a lead designer, solution architect, or technical lead on Appian delivery projects.
- Deep understanding of Appian's core capabilities: process models, records, interfaces (SAIL), sites, integrations, and the security model.
- Strong command of solution architecture principles data modelling, integration patterns, and performance/scalability.
- Demonstrated experience in a client-facing or consulting role, with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience leading and mentoring technical teams.
- Solid understanding of the full software development lifecycle and agile delivery.
- Appian Certified Lead Developer

Preferred candidate profile

- Experience with Appian's advanced capabilities: RPA,



Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), Process Mining, AI features, and Data Fabric.
- Experience integrating Appian with enterprise systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow, REST/SOAP APIs, relational databases).
- Complementary technical skills: SQL, Java/relevant scripting, cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP), CI/CD tooling.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience with pre-sales, estimation, and solution scoping.
