Role & responsibilities -

We are looking to initiate hiring for Senior Analyst and Associate Manager positions within the Economic Advisory practice of the SAT-QFE unit. Given the nature of our engagements and the technical depth required, we would like to target candidates with a strong consulting background, robust quantitative skills, and proven experience in economic and policy advisory assignments.

Preferred candidate profile -

1. : Candidates should demonstrate proficiency across a broad range of economic, quantitative, and policy analysis techniques.

- Economic modelling (Computable General Equilibrium (CGE) Modelling, particularly within the GTAP framework, economic forecasting and scenario analysis, macroeconomic modelling and policy simulations) Good to have
- Economic Impact Assessments (I/O Modelling, Social Accounting Matrix (SAM)-based analysis , estimation of direct, indirect, induced, and catalytic economic impacts, impact assessments relating to investment projects, infrastructure, sectors, and public policy interventions)- Must have some understanding
- Cost Benefit Analysis (Economic and financial appraisal of projects, estimation of economic returns and socio-economic advantages,



public value and social impact assessment frameworks, development of business cases and investment justifications) Must have some understanding
- Financial Modelling Must have some understanding
- Econometric and Statistical Analysis (econometric modelling and forecasting, regression analysis and impact evaluation, demand estimation and market sizing methodologies) Must have some understanding
- Country risk, macro-economic assessments: (Country risk assessments, macroeconomic profiling and benchmarking, investment climate assessments, competitiveness analysis, fiscal and economic policy reviews) Must have some understanding
- Sustainability & ESG advisory (ESG strategy development, sustainability reporting frameworks, Net-zero and decarbonization assessments, Socio-economic impact studies) Good to have
- Business development and proposal support Must have some understanding
- Research market studies and advisory support Must have some understanding

Candidates should be comfortable working with: Advanced MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint, Power BI, R, Python, GIS platforms such as ArcGIS and QGIS
