- 12 years of experience in IT staffing/recruitment.
- Solid expertise in sourcing, screening, follow-ups, and candidate engagement until onboarding/joining.
- Experience working with third-party staffing/vendor organizations supporting clients .
- Ability to assess technical skills effectively and work on niche technology requirements.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Hands-on experience with recruitment portals and sourcing channels such as Naukri, Shine, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
- Target-oriented and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Ability to submit quality profiles within defined timelines and meet hiring targets.
- Strong stakeholder management and candidate relationship skills.




- Having C2H expn.
