Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end delivery of Gen AI and LLM-based projects.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define AI use cases.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and resource allocation.
- Work closely with Data Scientists, AI Engineers, Solution Architects, and Product Owners.
- Drive Prompt Engineering strategies to optimize LLM performance and business outcomes.
- Oversee implementation of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), AI Agents, and LLM-powered applications.
- Conduct project planning, sprint management, and release tracking using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans.
- Define and track KPIs, project metrics, and AI solution effectiveness.
- Ensure adherence to Responsible AI, data governance, security, and compliance standards.
- Facilitate client communication, status reviews, executive presentations, and steering committee meetings.
